My interest in the breed first began in 1993, after retiring from the midwifery profession. My first shepherd was bought from the Tierhaus kennels, a six months old puppy bitch 'Conadrew Cass-andra at Tierhaus' (DIXIE).....hips 5:6=11-Tricky Dicky of Conadrew x Tierhaus Incantation. Althouth initially Dixie was bought merely as a pet, my interest in showing and the breed in general grew.Instead of buying a "Potential Show Puppy", I decided to have my first litter from Dixie.
Thats when it all began, with the initiation of the JENAMDAL affix in 1994. Dixie had her first litter to Tierhaus Hank and from this came Jenamdal Arko (Taz) Hips 6:5=11, Haemophillia clear.
The next addition to the kennel was 'Ashbury Mischka' (Hips:total0) Ch.Lindanvale Vegas x Samadale Lianne at Ashbury.
I then mated Taz to Mischka. Mischka had a very complicated whelping, Click here to read her story. The result of that mating gave me my "show female" NIKITA, and she then produced my "show male", DINO.
